The performing arts captivates its viewers through soaring vocals, intricate choreography, and breathtaking instrumentals. But, before the lights dim and the curtains rise, an entire world of magic is built out of sight. 

Behind every unforgettable performance is a production team who turns the vision into reality. They manage the technical and physical operations that turn a vision into reality, serving as the unseen backbone of the arts. 

With the stage extending beyond the spotlight, we hope to shift the narrative to celebrate the people that make the moments count. The people behind the stage also have stories to share,  because the true magic of production lies in the collective effort of those on and off the stage. 

Together, they form an ensemble, a team that coexsists to lift each other up.
